We say Blackbelly Rosefish. It matches our photo of the signage. It even has the same V shaped stripe before its tail and the stringy looking pectoral fins. Quillback rockfish seem to have stripes angled away from their head not vertical across the body.. Also their quills are much longer. Hope this helps. Better late than never.
