In the Crypt (below the old abbey tower)Their enclosure is next to the naked molerats. You can only reach this part by entering the part of the Crypt with free-flying bats first, and then going through the door at your right hand.
It's quite easy to miss,. Even if you did visit the bats you might not know there's more to see in the Crypt.
