@ThylacineAlive ah very nice! I am glad that you finally got a chance to see Hystrix indica. If I remember correctly, I believe I saw my first one at Santa Ana Zoo in 2009. It was held in Jack Lynch Aviary, which at the time and throughout the years also held Rock hyrax (Procavia capensis), Gunther's or Smith's Dik-dik (Madoqua guentheri or Madoqua smithii), Greater galago (Otolemur sp.), Black lemur (Eulemur macaco), Black & White ruffed lemur (Varecia variegata), Ring tailed lemur (Lemur catta), Trumpeter hornbill (Bycanistes bucinator), and Flamingos (Family: Phoenicopteridae but unsure of exact sp.)
