Yes more or less off-show; you can see it on the bus tour if you sit on the upper level of the double deck bus. For off-show it is not a bad yard and probably better than the main exhibit at some zoos!
I was surprised to see it myself; it was unexpected, but it fits in with some of the ideas of been mulling over lately (of putting night houses in unconventional locations) to maximize exhibit space.
I would genuinely appreciate if the Zoo dedicated the entire space to the jaguars, heavily planting the lion habitat and moving the lions somewhere else (probably using some of the grottoes in Asian Passage and incorporating this into a new area involving lions, giraffes, and other African species instead of the "high-end animal encounters" (why not move those to near the Wegeforth Bowl?) of course as well moving the clouded leopards back to Monkey Trails and Forest Tales.)
