I see 6 elephants in this photo but does anyone know how many there are at the zoo? The exhibit has the usual cable/pole combination but for the relatively inexpensive cost it looks terrific.
They spent a lot of extra money on a nearly solid vertical pole fence as a backdrop, I’m not sure obscuring the countryside beyond was worth it, although perhaps it really is a practical fence for keeping deer and coyotes etc. out.
