Does the second macaw along have no feathers on it's chest? A sign of boredom. I can't imagine an existence much worse than this that the parrots would need rescuing from.
@PAT I totally agree. So many 'sanctuaries' place animals in situations that are probably worse than death. That sounds brutal but parrots live for many years and these tiny cages are awful.
