@nczoofan Thanks for the reminder, look for the photos in the gallery really soon. Don't expect a whole lot from the two photos, it doesn't appear like much progress has been made.
@nczoofan I can't really speak for the zoo in that aspect since I've only been following them news wise for a few years. That may be the case for the snow leopard exhibit but they expanded the elephant yard and the blue penguin attraction relatively quickly. The space of the former Monkey Island, this, was completely empty in February. As of now they only have four of those beams set up - so I guess you could say this is taking longer than it should. It's supposed to open next year but I've seen tougher projects than this that were constructed within a few months.
