$1.3 Million Kodiak Bear Exhibit (New in 2015)

This little zoo must be one of the only zoos in the lower 48 states with true Kodiak Bears on display to the public. The exhibit is terrific and the bridge takes the 3 bears from their older enclosure to a 1-acre, wooded habitat. Each side of the bridge was open during my visit and it appears as if the bears have free reign of both areas.

Looks very nice. The only zoo I have seen kodiak bears at was the Bronx Zoo I believe.
