Not sure of subspecies, but most likely [i]siamensis[/i] - apart from the geography the sandy colour recalls the animals I saw at Paris rather than the more familiar brown of [i]thamin[/i] (Burmese Brow-antlered).

(And as an interesting side-note, the Singapore animals came originally from the USA - from the Smithsonian National Zoo's Conservation and Research Center in Virginia).
