tigrina

I did not see a tigrina at Riozoo or Sao Paulo zoo, so i was quite surprised to see one at the small zoo in a large state park in florianopolis. These animals are all confiscated animals. This tigrina was quite tame and accostumed to people, so i consider it was an illegal house pet.

Outside of Brazil, leopardus guttulus is only kept in 2 european collections, Dortmund and Parc del Felins, according to Zootierliste.
