I think you mis-typed the caption. It should read July 29th, 1950.

Here is my choice as worst exhibit in this ghastly zoo:

The only bobcat who should ever be locked up in here is Bubsy.

@snowleopard I don't know both are bad but I'd say this is way worse than raccoon enclosure.
