Lesser Kudu Paddock at Beauval, 12/06/18

I wonder how Beauval keeps its ungulate paddocks so lush-looking and in such terrific shape? Did you visit right after a torrential downpour?

@snowleopard Well, yes, we did! The few weeks before we went most of France had been hit by repeated thunderstorms, up to flash-flooding levels in places. We just caught the tail end of it at La Fleche. So I can't say how representative the lushness is, really..!
