This small zoo, in a suburb of Chemnitz, is by no means the finest in Germany (by no means the finest in the greater-Chemnitz area, actually), but it has some quite interesting exhibits, mainly based around an American theme. This fellow obviously bucks that geographical direction - one of just a few in European collection (mostly rather low-end collections).
