Usually the common name "honeybee" are applied to a kind of bee, and bees are part of the Hymenoptera order. This fly, of the species Eristalis tenax, is as related with a honeybee as a bat with a dolphin :P
 
Thanks for letting me know. I did a quick google and honeybee came up. I'll check a bit longer the next time.
