@Jake A local telephone tower near a park, after a rain shower. I think they like the high vantage point.

If they were a rare species we would appreciate them more. Very photogenic birds and always interesting.

@Terry Thomas They certainly are characters! The pair in the photo are I believe currently preparing to nest in the tower... certainly not ideal, but they have raised many offspring in previous years.
