I think it's probably an Indochinese Silvered Langur, although the pink around the eyes is a bit unusual. It's not a Phayre's or Tenasserim or Grey Langur though.

I dont know if its beacuse of variation in age, or if its a characteristic of a subspecies. [ this species has 2 subspecies, T.G.Germaini and T.G.Caudatus]

I know that, I don't mean to dispute your claim or something, your initial identification was correct, but i just was too lazy to use the name Indochinese Silvered Langur instead of germain's.
