This is where the pelicans used to be. I hated this when first seeing photos, but the blue slide makes more sense in person - it connects it with the Water is Life stuff.
I hated it at first, the blue doesn't look great, but in person it doesn't look bad at all when combined with everything else. They have a ton of area to play in; the original otter area was already one of the largest I've seen, and they more than doubled it.
