Kaiser's spotted newt (Neurergus kaiseri) is also known as the Luristan newt or emperor spotted newt. There is one in the back, near the top center of the image. Sadly didn't get a successful close-up of this species. There was a sign saying these were new inhabitants.
There was a sign saying these were new inhabitants. According to what I've seen in this gallery, this exhibit was previously inhabited by Rio Cauca caecilians (Typhlonectes natans), who have since moved to a bigger tank a little further down the path.
