birdsandbats 2 Nov 2018 This is an Inca Jay. Green Jays have bluer heads and their breasts are more of an olive green than a yellow. Green Jays are found from the Rio Grande Basin south along both of Mexico's coasts to northern Panama. Inca Jays are endemic to the Andes.
