The 2 species are currently exhibit sharing with hand-reared female Amur Tiger cub 'Stormi' having access in the morning and the Striped Hyena having access in the afternoon.
No; as MagpieGoose says the two species were sharing the enclosure in shifts whilst the zoo sought a new home for the tiger cub - not sure if this is still the case now, but it certainly was in September.
