Do you have any idea what these signs say? Are there a new aquarium and elephant exhibit being built?

It looks like a large indoor exhibit, similar in style to that of Leipzig, but smaller. It looks as if it will have apes, elephants and other species in it, but no don’t know exactly what they say unfortunately, and haven’t tried translating them as yet.
