Harbour Seal?

Certainly looks like a Ringed Seal! I had heard that SeaWorld San Diego had one.

Did the belugas get replaced by these?

@Anteaterman No, the Belugas are still there. I have heard that the Ringed Seal can be seen with either the Harbor Seals or Belugas.

The Belugas were in a separate enclosure, this seal was in the 'polar bear' enclosure.

I'm glad to hear this individual is a ringed seal as I saw him when I visited in October but I wasn't sure which species this was. Apparently his name is Natchek and he came from the Pinniped Cognition and Sensory Systems Laboratory in Santa Cruz in 2014.

Yes, this is indeed the ringed seal natcheck. Him and three other harbor seals moved into the polar bear exhibit when she went off to go breed in Pittsburgh. The harbor seals were originally supposed to live with the belugas but the belugas bullied them so they were taken out of the exhibit.
