What is the theme of this complex?

@birdsandbats Nocturnal creatures (and a daylight aviary) of Australia, New Guinea, and Southeast Asia. It's full name is Bob and Evelyn's Roadhouse, which (I believe) refers to a disguised rest stop with a payphone, and an over the top decorated and convincing convenient store.
