Children's Zoo: Brown Rat stealing some waterfowl food. June 7, 2018. This is actually the very first time I've seen a rat in NYC, though I usually see House Mice.
@ThylacineAlive I saw my first one while eating at the place to the left of the zoo entrance. I was probably way too excited about it, but I love rodents and in all my visits to NYC, I'd never seen one, either!
