Unfortunately I don't know an exact timeline and I'm not sure where I even got summer 2019 - that probably was only an assumption of me that they would like to have it open by the summer high season. I apologize for that, maybe I just made that assumption too simply.
In any case, there's no information at the moment that I could find on a timeline for this project. I do hope it will be open by the time you visit this summer. I will try to keep you and the other ZooChatters informed through this site and the gallery.
