Lowland Pacas

July 20th, 2018.
How many American zoos have Lowland Pacas and how often is it even possible to view them? This tiny zoo in the state of Indiana also has Golden-handed Tamarins (about 9-10 of them) and a few other species that are not common in the big zoos.

@snowleopard I can think of 6 right now. Washington Park Zoo, North Georgia Zoo, Wildlife Learning Center, Cohanzick Zoo,Toledo Zoo, and Los Angeles Zoo.

@jayjds2 They do in fact. Well at least according to the exhibit signage. I have yet to see one on my last few visits including this past weekend.
