@WhistlingKite24 AZA as in the American zoo accreditation organization? Don't think so. The Marine Mammal Protection Act prevents zoos from importing polar bears from other countries, I believe.
Even if these polar bears are included in the AZA program (which I don't believe they are) it makes no difference because, as @NVP said, the bears cannot be exchanged with the US. They can with AZA zoos outside of the US, but my understanding is that all bears outside the US are managed separately due to that import/export restriction.
