I remember in 2001, the last time I visited this zoo, that the old mongoose lemur and vasa parrot enclosures were right here. I find it interesting how things for the relatively new "Small Wonders of Africa" exhibit have changed so much, and it's now come full circle, where mongoose lemurs now occupy the same location, albeit with a new exhibit.
I never thought of that, that is kind of funny. I may be young but I'm at least old enough to remember there old exhibit. As upset as I am that the bats are no longer on display, I was happy to finally see them in a decent exhibit.
