They really look like White Cloud Mountain Minnows Tanichthys albonubes, but I don't know if they are established in Turkey or what native species might be similar.
Thank you Chlidonias but I don't think its that species. I've seen it numberous times in aquariums and the fish I saw in Turkey surtainly looked different but thanks anyway! The search will go on .
