Calopteryx splendens - male

Thank you very much. I've seen the same species also in the Netherlands and Belgium but didn't know it also occured in Turkey.
 
Yes, there are four species of Calopteryx in Europe, two of them are also in Turkey (virgo and splendens) while the other two don't reach Turkey (haemorrhoidalis and xanthostoma).
