Previous discussion about this reptile house aside, I don't know how anyone could look at this exhibit, with windows on both sides and a single, visitor-facing flower pot, and say it has 'multiple hides' as you claim.
And to state that the two substrates (tile and bark) are in a 50:50 ratio is simply incorrect.
@Rajang21 Sorry. I was copy pasting comments from other photos where there were definitely more than one hide and the substrate ratio was closer to 50:50. Even so, I say “half” more as a term describing that part of the exhibit is one substrate and part was another not that it is exactly 50%.
