@birdsandbats don’t think the exhibit is the right fit for them. I would think the former tapair exhibit between the rhinos and camels would be a good fit.
Thank you for the confirmation. I guess if the zoo has given permission for its publication in the public section, then that overcomes any copyright issues.
@tigris115 Three girls actually. Its relatively small compared to other more recent exhibits, but IMO functionality is more important then actually space. The exhibit is only around two acres in size but is filled with enrichment walls, sway poles, sand hills and multiple food hangers. The yard can actually contain up to five elephants including a bull. So while it may not be the largest modern elephant exhibit, it gets the job done and will make a nice home for older elephants.
