Blue-winged Parrot (Neophema chrysostoma)

Is this the same as the other bird?

It should be an Elegant Parrot. They have less blue in the wing than the Blue-winged Parrot.

The blue stripe extends over the eye in Elegant but not in Blue-winged - however this isn't really visible in the two photos because of the front-on position and the bars of the cage getting in the way.

In other photos of this individual, the blue stripe ends at the eye. This individual also had an orange belly.

@WhistlingKite24 oh, okay, in that case it has to be a Blue-winged Parrot.

Looking at the wing and colour, it is an elegant. Some lines are selective bred for an Orange belly
