I'd say Chinese Pangolin (Manis pentadactyla)
But then again the picture isn't that good (no offense) nor the taxidermy neither am I very good in pangolins, but that's my guess. I could be completely wrong and making a fool out of myself.

Chinese pangolins, by my experience, are among the most commonly seen in taxidermy collections, and the size of the animal certainly fits the Chinese pangolin.
