Did you take this picture while filming you latest video? (I think I recall you said you'd be featuring the Memphis Zoo soon? But maybe I'm mis-remembering.)
Overall what'd you think? I remember visiting a few years back (before Hippo Camp was opened) and, with a few exceptions, I was pretty impressed. China and Teton Trek were probably my favorites but I also like Animals of the Night because I'd never been in a nocturnal house before.
@Hipporex I went in thinking half the zoo would impress me and the other half number of exhibits wouldn't. The simple designs of the older exhibits reminded me very much of the Toledo Zoo - and because of that, I don't know where to rank it on my list. I love the cat collection that seemed never ending at first. But it was the all out theming of China, Northwest Passage and Teton Trek that blew me away. Overall, I Ioved it - the combination of those designs with active animals made it easy to film and photograph.
