I spotted it's relative, the Slaty-backed Nightingale-thrush, at Selvatura. The photo I took turned out to be quite blurry because of the rainy weather, so I really like your shot of this Nightingale-thrush.
Thanks AWP - yes, I can sympathise. I have lots of blurry photos of many birds!! It's nice when you get at least one good or OK one......but for some species, this didn't happen.
