African penguin and Inca tern aviary, 2019-04-06

A fairly decent aviary and a fairly decent (if a little improvised, perhaps) home for a small number of penguins. I don't much care for all the random beach and marine junk used as theming props, though. Admittedly Humboldt penguins would have been more fitting with the terns.
That wooden box in the center in the background, to the left of the plastic nesting hutches for the penguins, is actually the indoor housing for the dwarf mongoose, whose exhibit is on the other side of the wooden wall, outside the aviary. A bit of a weird arrangement if you ask me.
