New construction

The enclosures on the left hold monkeys. The one at the front has miniature horses. Out of shot on the right are the model dinosaurs. The height and robust construction of the central pillars suggest that these enclosures are designed to hold a large species which likes to climb, as I wrote in the Wingham Forum.

Do you think this will be for a new species, or for one in their current collection?

Would you say this will be for primates, or maybe a cat species?

Looking at the photo that could surely only mean orangutan, if the speculation is correct. Does anywhere in Europe have surplus?
(another thing to think about would be Wingham's willingness to import from outside Europe)
