Chlidonias 2 Jun 2019 Was this taken at Bundala? If so it would be the Crested Hawk-eagle (i.e. the Sri Lankan form of Changeable Hawk-eagle). The Legge's Hawk-eagle (i.e. the Sri Lankan form of Mountain Hawk-eagle) is found only in broadleaf rainforest and doesn't occur at Bundala.
