vermillion flycatcher (at my house)

June 2. 2019, near downtown Tucson.
@vogelcommando They are not common but also not extremely rare. They are more common in southern Arizona, meaning the area south of Tucson and down into Mexico. But you can see them in the city as well. You don't see a lot of them, but you see one here and there. When I used to work at a photo lab in the middle of town, there was one regularly in a tree next to the building. I have also seen one a few times at the largest park in the center of town (Randolph and Reid Park) along the golf course and once inside the zoo. I saw one a while ago here at my condominium complex and of course again today, when I photographed it.
