The pool still has the windows covered, but it has just been completed and the covers will soon be removed. There is a male jaguar (Morato) whose enclosure to the right of this photo has a connecting tunnel to this pool. The pool was donated by ModPools, which makes swimming pools out of shipping containers. On the top back half (not visible here) is a deck for the cat to walk on. The visitor deck seen here is on the opposite side of the main tour path, so regular visitors will not get this view (I was given special access). It will be used for special events, where you can pay for an evening visit and sit on the deck with drinks and snacks and watch a jaguar swim.
