I did some measuring on Google Maps, and this enclosure is just 2,250.36 m²/24,222.66 ft². For the record, Audubon's former elephant enclosure was 900.65 m²/9,694.47 ft².
Combine this with being right up against a road where cars go by it daily, and the elephants are lucky this isn't their permanent residence.
