For now there is still no outdoor enclosure for any of the apes in the main house; only the gorilla family group in the adjoining 'Gorilla Garten' have an outside area. The zoo is currently fundraising to add outside areas for the orangs and chimps. The two elderly gorillas here are not mentioned on the plans and I would suspect they will remain in retirement in the all-indoor enclosure.
