These smaller reef tanks all contain a variety of invertebrates and fish species. There are two more similar tanks to the right of these. I will post more detailed photos of some of these tanks eventually.
By the look of the exhibits it makes sense they are going to demolish, however if they ever do rebuild they should hire the same folks doing there reef care. Every time I see an accredited institution mislead the public with another fake coral display it takes a chunk out of my sanity. Considering how advanced private reef-keeping has gotten most zoos (and amazingly some accredited aquariums) seem out of there depths when it comes to actual living coral.
ZSL is currently refurbishing a section of the B.U.G.S building for reef displays, where I expect many of these corals will go back on display next year.
