Scimitar-horned Oryx Exhibit

Is this the exhibits original inhabitant species? It always seemed a strange exhibit for hoof-stock and I was just wondering.

@DelacoursLangur This was purpose-built for this species, but it is indeed somewhat weird with a big waterfall.

@lintworm Yes, that waterfall is really bizarre. It is located in a cave-like setting to the right of the oryx, with loads of water crashing down on the side of the pathway. It would be much more appropriate inside a Tropical House or with a different species nearby.

@snowleopard Its kindof cool, but definitely seems more fitting for a species easier on the land.. Tropical waterfall oasis and dusty desert oryx clashes.
