The lack of pigmentation makes it hard to identify the species although it is obviously a Spheniscus penguin.
On one of my visits a keeper informed me it was a black-footed penguin x Humboldt penguin hybrid; on another visit I was told it was a Megallanic penguin.
This is last of my current batch of scanned slides although I plan to scan and upload more old slides in due course.
