Western spanish ibex (Capra pyrenaica victoriae). One of the rarities of the zoo with only three holders according to zootierliste (although I had seen numerous individuals at La Cañada Real Open Centre a few days prior), kept with Barbary sheep in a great enclosure, one of the best of the whole zoo.
This was the only individual we saw even though zootierliste lists them as having two females. July 25, 2019
