Skyttehushaven is a small seaside park/beach area in the Danish town of Vejle. Besides the greenery and sand, there's also a rotunda with aviaries for around 20 species of birds, mostly parrots, run by the local bird breeder's association. Unlike typical Danish park aviaries which usually only keep species like budgies and cockatiels, Skyttehushaven actually has a couple of species that are uncommon in public collections, like black-capped parakeet and elegant parrot.
The whole park, including the aviaries, recently went through a major reconstruction and modernization and had an official reopening in May 2019.
