A lot of this zoo doesn't look that bad to fairly okay, at least as far as zoos in Asia goes but even by Western standards, but then there's also ghastly anachronistic animal prisons like this...
The good tiger exhibits are attached to the houses that these are part of, so hopefully individual animals are rotated through different exhibits. If so this set-up is arguably better than some western zoos where there is only one outdoor exhibit and tigers have to use it in shifts.
