Unknown hummingbird, please help ID!

Harvard Museum of Natural History. In a big hummingbird wall with all specimens unlabelled. I've photographed just the most distinctive ones for try to identify myself later. However I can't find this one, despite its striking appareance. Any idea? Thanks!

This reminds me of a Scintillant Hummingbird (Selasphorus scintilla) although generally the gorget should be fuller. However this specimen does not seem in the best condition so maybe?
 
Thanks for the suggestion. I already checked all Selasphorus yesterday without convincing results. S. scintilla should have more reddish and more rounded gorget feathers and I can't find any image that shares this strange tail shape. Maybe all traits are disformed due to bad condition as you said...
 
@Kakapo I agree it's not spot on for Scintillant. This specimen definitely has a few issues, whether enough to make an ID troublesome I don't know. If I come up with anything else I'll let you know.
